We are committed to delivering a professional and transparent service across all assessment types. This policy sets out the terms that apply when a confirmed booking is cancelled. It has been prepared in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where applicable.

1. General Principles

• A booking is considered confirmed once payment has been received and a date agreed.
• Each booking includes a non-refundable registration fee of £79, which covers administration, scheduling, and preparatory costs.
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing (by email) and will be acknowledged in writing.

2. Cancellation by the Client

• 4 or more days prior to the scheduled assessment
  A full refund will be issued, less the £79 registration fee.
• Between 2 and 4 days prior to the scheduled assessment
  50% of the total fee will remain payable.
• Within 48 hours of the scheduled assessment
  100% of the total fee will remain payable.

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days using the original payment method.

3. Rescheduling

• Requests to reschedule made 4 or more days prior to the original booking date can usually be accommodated without penalty (subject to availability).
• Requests to reschedule within 4 days of the booking date may be treated as a cancellation and charged in accordance with section 2.

4. Cancellation by Us

If we are required to cancel or reschedule your booking (for example, due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or safety concerns), you will be offered:

• A transfer to the next available assessment date at no additional cost, or
• A full refund of all monies paid, including the £79 registration fee
